Job summary
We are currently looking to appoint a full time Band 2 Administration Assistant to work hours per week within the Maternity & Gynaecology Care Unit, Integrated Care Division.
hours per week - Monday - Friday - 5pm
Main duties of the job
You will provide administration support to the Care Unit Management Team whilst operating within established procedures to ensure the efficient running of the department.
Previous experience of working in an admin role and a clear understanding of confidentiality are essential requirements of this post.
You will possess experience in Word Processing and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of general office practices.
