Responsibilities
1.负责欧洲所管辖区域所有会计和财务工作,带领和管理财务团队;确保每月按时向总部发送财务结算报告,分析财务数据并且报告绩效以及预算情况,为提高运营效率提出建议Be fully responsible for all corporate accounting and finance functions for the European region, lead and supervise a team of staff; Ensure prompt monthly closings of financial books and reporting to Headquarter, analyze financial data and report performance and budget variances to management, provide suggestions to improve efficiency in the workplace2.审核、分析目前跨级部门的内部操作流程和政策,提出提高工作效率和质量的优化建议,继续建立,完善和加强会计流程和程序Review and assess existing accounting department internal controls, operating procedures and policies, and make recommendations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency; Continue to establish, refine and enforce accounting procedures and process3.建立短期和长期财政预算,协助各部门做出财政决策Perform operation performance analysis and compile management reports; Coordinate with outside CPA and ensure all taxes are filed promptly and correctly4.与第三方金融财务机构保持良好合作关系,以满足公司的财政需求Develop and maintain professional relationships with financial institutes to facilitate meeting company's financing needs5.对集团关联方定价能提出意见;Provide opinions on the pricing of the group's related parties;6.支持集团财务共享且对全球搭建共享过程中遇到的问题能提出意见和建议,包括核算、资金、税务等方面;Support group financial sharing and be able to provide advice and suggestions on issues encountered in the process of building global sharing, including accounting, funding, taxation, etc.About you
1.5年以上会计、金融行业工作经验,经理级别工作经验;At least 5 years working experience in the accounting, finance fields, with recent departmental Manager role;2.财务及会计相关专业;Finance and accounting related majors;3.有扎实的基础的财务知识和经验;Have a solid foundation of financial knowledge and experience;4.有跨国、集团性企业工作经验优先。Working experience in multinational and group companies is preferred.5.物流或跨境电商行业工作经验者优先;Prior experience in logistics or E-Commerce industries are strongly preferred;6.熟练使用财会软件以及其他日常办公软件;Proficiency in accounting software and basic skills in other office software;7.良好的沟通和团队协作能力:
能很好的与国内财务及当地各部门人员沟通;Excellent communication and teamwork skills:
be able to communicate well with domestic financial department and local personnel in various departments;8.中文英语听说读写流利,熟练掌握德语、法语或其他欧洲国家语种更佳。Fluency (writing and speaking) in Chinese and English, proficiency in Germany, French or other European languages is a plus.
