Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Romford, East London – £39,107 per annum

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a fresh start? Are you looking for a local role? CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Romford, East London carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance within a large commercial building.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of £39,107 with a potential route into further career progression.
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
# Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
# Water Treatment

Monday to Friday - 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
Bonus' for any AP Duties completed £500 per duty
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Essential)
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
