Main Purpose of Role:

Main Purpose of the role:


To work within Learning Enrolment & Partner Relationship Team who are responsible for the recruitment of global learners, providing advice and guidance to enable prospective learners to identify the most appropriate course to achieve their learning requirements.


Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that the overall experience from first enquiry through to enrolment is efficient and accessible.


Liaising with third party re-seller network ensuring they have access to resources to enable them to maximise sales through the global partner network.


Responsibilities:

To have an excellent standard of product knowledge, in order to offer accurate and appropriate guidance to prospective students.

Adhere to team's KPI and SLAs and demonstrate a commitment to continuously improve on service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Working closely with the Learning Enrolment & Partner Relationship Manager to implement a learner recruitment strategy to identify, attract, select and engage prospective learner's with ICA.


Converting inbound leads to sales to achieve enrolment targets and working closely with the Marketing Team on any targeted campaigns.

Supporting at any Briefing Events as required.


To embrace the customer centric culture within the team, with passion and enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer service and a positive approach to dealing with people from diverse backgrounds.


Processing enrolments, including third party resellers, within identified process, ensuring compliance with SLA; sale terms and conditions; eligibility requirements; data protection and local tax regulations.

Working with Learning Engagement Team to ensure the website course date information is accurate.

Completion of Supplier contracts and providing any necessary documents as part of onboarding process

Supporting Learning Enrolment & Partner Relationship Manager with any sales reporting as required.

Working flexibly to support business needs.


Skills and Experience Required:

Confident and have a good business acumen.

They will be flexible and organised and can cope with conflicting demands and prioritise tasks.


They will be an excellent communicator - both orally and in writing - with the ability to listen and take instruction as well as give instruction as necessary.

Should be enthusiastic and engaging and work as part of a team and willing to support others.


The skills required:


  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer service, preferably in a sales environment
  • Experience of operational systems
  • Accuracy and consistency
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask
  • Reliable and confident
  • Experience using virtual meeting platforms, e.g. Zoom
  • Experience working in training/events is desirable
  • Knowledge/experience of CRM, e.g. Sales Force would be preferable
