To support the Marketing Programmes Section Manager and coordinate key loyalty, campaign and employee channel activities across all product lines.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Campaigns / Retail Offers
Co-ordinate and manage Product / Fleet / MarComms team inputs throughout campaign creation and development process
Co-ordinate and manage ongoing competitive monitoring for all product lines [e.g. product dashboards]
Co-ordinate and manage cost of finance, residual values, finance penetration and renewal reports across all product lines.
Manage development of Sales & Marketing guides and other materials that support the Campaigns roll out
Manage deployment of any ad hoc Campaign updates such as updated pricing, Residual Value and/or Campaign Enhancements.
Ad hoc troubleshooting and handling of Field team / Network questions
Employee channel
Manage the Quarterly Campaign approval process in parallel with the Retail Offers
Manage the Employee offers website updates and marketing asset development as required
Support the evolution of the program both in terms of model availability and customer eligibility
Loyalty
Support in defining segmentation and targeting for renewal campaigns
Collaborate with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team to develop retention/renewal campaigns
Create National Quarterly renewal campaigns alongside Nissan Financial Services
Internal events and meeting support
Coordinate the organisation of the quarterly Marketing National Dealer Association meeting
Support the organisation of Regional Business Update roadshows as required
Additional tasks:
Local brochure and tech spec coordination liaising with Product Team and local agency
Manage the Marketing Planning budget file, including raising and managing Purchase Orders for relevant activities.
Participate and act as the representative for Marketing Planning in New Model Launch Committees
Management of a Data Analyst tasks
Skills & Experience
Experience in a similar role role delivering time critical tasks to a plan
Automotive sales and marketing, product marketing, knowledge of pcp, leasing, fleet beneficial
Solution focused with a proactive approach to driving objectives to completion
