Location:
Cirencester/Hybrid Working (2-3 days p/wk in the Cirencester office)


Employment Type: 12 month Fixed-Term Contract

Our Remuneration Systems team ensures the ongoing performance of the Remuneration System, vital for the effective management of all aspects of Partner (SJP financial adviser) payments & benefits.

As Technical Administrator, your role is to undertake tasks involved in the day to day running, support and development of the Remuneration System.


What you'll be doing:


  • With support you'll following a process to add new parameters to the Remuneration System.
  • Update user access to the Remuneration System.
  • Create basic test scripts and undertake testing to support simple change activity.
  • Writing and reviewing business requirements in the form of User Stories, working alongside Junior Analysts.
  • Update System Documentation to ensure it is kept up to date.
  • Performing basic data reconciliations and escalating when issues are found.

Who we're looking for:


  • You'll need to be technically savvy, comfortable using and learning new systems.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to anticipate potential risks and problems, and escalate to prevent them or to mitigate their effects.
  • Analytical, with an eye for detail and a desire to uncover the root cause of an issue.
  • Good communication skills, important when working with thirdparty developers, testers and administrators.
