- Proactively manage all repairs and maintenance through effective communication with the Property and Operations teams.
- Plan and implement future investment opportunities where you identify potential opportunities for growth and change
- Offering guidance and advice, you will influence business development whilst protecting the asset to maximise property value.
- Manage supplier relationships and new relationships to ensure an effective, high level of customer service and value for money.
- You will provide property expertise and advice to key stakeholders within the company through regular updates and reviews.

So what does this role involve?
As a Regional Facilities Manager you will be responsible for protecting and enhancing the Company's property asset as well as delivering a successful investment programme in line with agreed targets. This is a field based role and you will need to have had exposure to overseeing a number of sites.
