We are looking for an ambitious Commercial Contract Analyst to join us in Belfast. The Commercial Contract Analyst will play a crucial role in managing the contract drafting administration and workflow process, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements across a range of senior stakeholders. You will be detail-oriented, highly organised and will have strong written and oral communication skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible in the overall contract administration process, including managing contract change notes and maintaining contractual governance;
• Building an understanding of existing contractual relationships becoming familiar with master agreements and associated schedules;
• Liaising with areas of the business affecting contract changes;
• Awareness of legislation and having an understanding of its impact on existing contracts in place;
• Supporting with the administration of communication with external legal representation when required;
• Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers;
• Supporting in the facilitation of regular contract and commercial review updates presenting pending CCN positions, changes in law, commercial impacts;
• Maintaining master obligation matrixes and reporting on same
