- Handle Customer Feedback and Complaints: Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships and uphold our reputation for quality and service.
- Test Product Materials: Conducting thorough tests on materials sourced from suppliers to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.
- Auditing Certification: Demonstrated expertise in auditing procedures and quality management systems.
- Proven experience in inspecting welding processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
- Experience with DPI (Dye Penetrant Inspection) techniques is preferred, showcasing your proficiency in non-destructive testing methods.
