Are you an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser looking for the next step in your career?

The Work Shop are working with a well-established and award-winning Broker who are looking to expand their existing team.

You will work on a self-employed basis with the full administrative support and recognition of this successful name behind you.

The opportunity would suit either those who are currently self - employed Mortgage and Protection brokers or employed Mortgage & Protection advisers currently working in banks, building societies or estate agencies to become self-employed looking for goodsupport to build a successful career.

The business offers competitive commission splits reflective of the market and a platform to succeed in the Mortgage industry. You will be responsible for giving independent advice and making recommendations on Mortgages and Protection. You will have theopportunity to work between our office and working from home. 1 day in the office per week is minimum requirement.

Key Requirements:
-

Self

- motivated and highly driven to grow your own business

Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
CAS Authorised
A good credit history is essential, you will also need to be free from any regulatory breaches and not be banned from accessing any lenders and providers
Ideally you will already have an existing client base however this is not essential as Mortgage leads will be provided
Marketing support and guidance is provided so that you can grow your business in a short space of time.

Self Employed Packages - OTE in excess of £50,000
