    An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager

    The client is looking for a French Speaking Quality Manager to join a leading food manufacturing company based in Surrey.

    This role would focus on managing customers' technical requirements, maintaining relationships with customers, overseeing technical aspects of products, handling complaints, and leading various projects.

    Your new responsibilities:

    • Management of the brand customers' technical requirements
    • Making sure all the technical specs are managed with the customers
    • Taking the lead on customer audits
    • Monitoring product quality to meet specifications and quality assurance standards.
    • Collaborating with internal teams and participating in cross-functional projects.
    • Checking artworks and assets for legal compliance.
    • Building proactive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
    • Taking initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness in work processes.
    • Building strong relationships with customers and meeting their expectations.

    What you'll need:

    • Fluent in French
    • Knowledge of food safety standards like HACCP, BRC, or FSSC 22000.
    • Experience working with UK retailers and providing excellent customer service.
    • Analytical skills and ability to cross-check information.
    • Flexibility to travel within the UK and EU, with a clean driving license.

    About the Role:

    • Based in Surrey.
    • Salary range: £35,000-£38,000.
    • Travel opportunities to UK and EU factories.
    • Hybrid working - 3 days in / 2 days home
