Job description
Working as part of a team led by the Assistant Director Affordable Housing Grants, this role will focus on the successful development and implementation of affordable housing programmes.
You will play a fundamental role to support the project management of business development activities which underpin the design and mobilisation of grant funded products and programmes.
The team works in a collaborative/flexible way and has a culture that values diversity in experience and perspective to foster good decision making and problem solving.
This is a rare chance to shape the future of affordable housing in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose.
Working with a number of key stakeholders and a professional team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective resolutionof project objectives supporting the delivery of more affordable housing.
Person specification
You'll bring experience of working on multiple projects at the same time working in a collaborative and inclusive way. With this you will bring strong research and analysis skills and have experience of business development
- supporting project design andimplementation.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy.
You will be resilient and comfortable managing diverse stakeholders at various levels, be a strong communicator - being able to produce and present high-quality briefings and presentations and maintainsystems and processes.
You will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, turn around objectives with efficiency and accuracy and handle changing and expansive portfolios.
