** Regeneration Project Manager Wanted **

• 3-month rolling contract

Are you a well-rounded Regeneration specialist looking for your next support role?

Well I am working with a Local Authority in the home counties who are on the hunt for an interim Regeneration Project Manager.

Reporting to the Senior Regeneration Manager, you will be assisting the Council in driving forward varied projects, that are at different stages through the development cycle.

These will range from the following:

• Housing development projects, including acquiring land through CPO.
• Tendering for and delivery of large-scale regeneration projects.
• High Street based improvement strategies and programmes.

You will be carrying out feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform project decision-making, for these schemes.

Previous Local Authority experience is ideal for this role.
