About Our Client:
You will be working for a leading social landlord in Edinburgh
Main duties include:
- to deliver effective and efficient housing management services to tenants and other customers
- to manage a case load of tenancies ensuring the risk of rent loss to the Association is minimised and tenants' issues relating to sustaining their tenancy are effectively supported and resolved
- Allocation and void management
- Tenancy management and sustainment
- Rent collection and arrears management
- Antisocial behaviour management
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience with EdIndex
(essential): - Previous housing experience
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Good organisation skills
What's on Offer:
months (could possibly extend)
- 35 hours per week, Monday Friday
