Description

Key responsibilities include:


  • Arranging, attending meetings, taking notes, and following up with action items.
  • Prioritise messages, invites and appointments.
  • Responds on behalf of the Chief Officer to enquiries received if appropriate.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including reports, agendas, and presentations.
  • Proactively manages diaries and priorities, anticipating issues and managing stakeholders.

  • Previous EA / PA experience, at Executive level.
  • Digital (tech) ability, able to expertly navigate IT software, apps and online media.
  • Resourceful gets tasks done, organised, multitasking & creative thinking.
  • Complete confidentiality, discretion and integrity.

  • Acting at all times as a representative the Exec by being professional, knowledgeable and approachable, as well as maintaining high standards of conduct and integrity.

  • Skilled at the production of minutes of meetings and able to draft / edit written documents and correspondence independently.
