We are seeking an Oracle Advisor for our Government client based in Stockport. This role will be office based 1 day per week and the remaining remote. The Oracle Advisor role will be an initial contract until 31/03, paying between £550 - £650/Day InsideIR35.

This role is inside IR3- Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile:

Comprehensive Knowledge of Oracle HCM
Support and performs configuration tasks within the HCM system (specifically Learning module and ideally will have knowledge of Recruitment, PJRM and Recruitment modules)
Supports Service/Enhancement Request management with Oracle for bugs and responsible for escalation to Application Support Team Lead if required
Helps to maintains Oracle HCM Business Processes (breakfix, incidents and enhancements)
Support completion of special projects (e.g. yearend activities)
Work closely with the Functional Configuration colleagues and HR Product Owners to understand requirements within the system
Undertakes unit testing before handing over to the HR Product Owners and testing team
Conduct quarterly upgrade assessments for review by HR Product Owners
Provides tier 2/3 level functional support and serves as the escalation point for unresolved configuration issues from EC/CivPers
Supports production of documentation of configuration tasks within the system
Performs release tasks
