- Required to be fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous solid experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a call centre environment is a must
- Excellent leadership and communication skills and ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Previous SAP experience is desirable
- Strong team player with the ability to provide good direction
- Able to commute to Watford 2 days per week
