    Our client, a well-known international organisation within the healthcare industry, is looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Services Team Leader to join them permanently due to an internal promotion. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising their Spanish-speaking team of 15 agents, and you will be reporting to the EMEA Customer Services Manager.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Setting clear individual and team KPIs and objectives and ensuring they are achieved
    • Guiding, coaching, developing and motivating your team
    • Proactively proposing new operational ideas and processes to improve team performance
    • Providing team members with continuous feedback

    About you:

    The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and excellent Spanish and English language skills. For this role, you must have previous solid experience supervising and motivating a team within a call centre environment. The company provides excellent training and provides opportunities for career progression.

    Profile:
    • Required to be fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
    • Previous solid experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a call centre environment is a must
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills and ability to supervise and motivate a team
    • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
    • Previous SAP experience is desirable
    • Strong team player with the ability to provide good direction
    • Able to commute to Watford 2 days per week
