Are you a newly qualified, or about to qualify (CA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA) finance professional with a focus on analysis? Are you naturally drawn to the commercial aspects of finance?

The Role:

We are currently recruiting an FP&A Associate who will support our senior management team with insightful financial information. This is a vital role in our team, enabling a well-informed management team to make great business decisions.

Coming out of practice or about to qualify, you will be looking to forge a career in the world of FP&A.


Primary responsibilities:

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will assist in analysing both financial and non-financial performance and indicators.

  • You will assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • You will support key stakeholders within the business with analysis and insights
as required

  • You will work with departments to enhance their understanding of key
information and work with them to improve performance by analysing what
works and what doesn't.


What we're looking for:


You're a confident communicator who will work with teams to better understand the information they need and generate through their actions and activities.


  • A strong command of tools needed to analyse and assess performance and gain
insights from data.

  • Highly analytical and able to query data through robust processes
  • Fully qualified, or soon to qualify
  • CA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • You will be dedicated to growing your finance career and to the continuous improvement of your skills

  • Location _Our office in Vauxhall offers a great space to collaborate. You will be based in the Vauxhall office on average two days each week, with flexibility to work the remainder of your week in your preferred locations._
