We are recruiting for Customer Service Assistants

  • Welcome Host and Platforms at Macclesfield, Stoke, Stafford and Crewe

We've got a vacancy for a Station CSA at Edinburgh and we'd love it to be you.


As you probably know, you'll need to be a real meeter and greeter - representing Avanti West Coast on the platform and being a point of advice for anyone and everyone.

This is no job for a shrinking wallflower.


You should be shiny-shoed neat and professional - as well as a good listener and a master of thinking on your feet.


This is a busy station, so there's a real need to work shifts and do your share of weekends and bank holidays.

So if you're a dedicated nine-to-fiver this isn't the job for you.
