    Project Manager Job Title : Commercial SponsorLocation : London or Birmingham Salary : Circa £52, dependent on skills & experience Close Date : 23-May- Employment Type : PermanentFull or Part time : Full Time We have an exciting opportunity to join our Station Development team as a Project Manager Join a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about transforming our stations into vibrant and welcoming places for our customers and communities. We are seeking a talented individual who is driven by the opportunity to drive forward transformational change and make a real impact in our industry. Purpose of the role: In this role, you will be responsible for successfully managing the safe construction of our station projects. From planning to execution, you will oversee our construction projects and ensure they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your experience in pre-construction and construction will be vital in supporting our project team to deliver a high standard of work and achieve our goals. Key responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day construction management of a portfolio of station/asset-based projects ¿ supporting the Project Managers.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques safely
  • Review supplier risk assessments submitted to the business in conjunction with the regional safety teams, General Managers teams and Property Managers as required.
  • Support projects from inception through to completion inclusive of brief, budget costs, options selection, design, tendering, contract administration and handover.
  • Monitor all site-based activity including project monitoring of large Network Rail or third-party schemes.
