    We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer (4th Line Support) from a Managed Service Provider or Profession Services background (Legal – Accounting) with a flair for tech and innovation. You will be a motivated, natural problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    You will be commercially minded and have a natural ability to connect and manage a portfolio of high quality clients.

    Due to continued success, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join our Service Delivery team. As a Senior System Engineer you will be responsible for providing both onsite and remote technical support to our amazing client base.

    The Role:

    We're seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a proven background in Managed Service Provider or Professional Services environments (particularly within the Legal and Accounting sectors). You'll bring a natural flair for technology and innovation, combined with the drive to provide exemplary support to our high-quality client portfolio. This role is perfect for a commercially minded individual with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for excellence in service delivery. Able to demonstrate initiative and have excellent lateral-thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong will to make a difference. A passion for IT and providing outstanding customer service is essential.

    About You:

    You have a flair for tech and like to provide robust service delivery to our clients, thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritising and multi-tasking effectively, as well as problem solving whilst providing excellent communication, customer handling and inter-personal skills.

    Capable of spotting opportunities to refine and improve processes and service and can communicate effectively with clients and third parties both face to face and over the phone, in a friendly and highly confident manner demonstrating excellent internal and external customer communication skills.. You are flexible and adaptable – excited by new ideas and/or technology and, keen to pick up and work with new initiatives.

    • At least 6 years of IT experience in a corporate or service environment.
    • A natural problem solver with a passion for technology and innovation.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging clients and team members alike.
    • A keen learner, open to new ideas and technologies, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
    • Essential skills include: Microsoft domain infrastructure, SCCM, virtualization technologies, and extensive LAN/WAN knowledge.
    • Desirable skills include: Linux/Unix environments, IT procurement, and software development insights.
    • Required: Good written and spoken English, MCP or equivalent qualifications, and a valid driving license.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The right candidate must have the following:

    • Delivering advanced technical support, both onsite and remotely, to our prestigious client base.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues across a variety of technologies.
    • Administration of Microsoft ecosystems, including operating systems, Exchange, and Active Directory.
    • Management and configuration of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix).
    • Ensuring reliable operation of LAN/WAN infrastructure, and supporting Android/iOS devices.
    • Leading AD and Email migration projects, and providing support for Office 365.
    • Identifying opportunities for service improvement and process refinement.
    • Excellent customer service, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

    + Experience desirable :

    • Linux systems. - Unix Environment. - IT procurement / IT Cost saving initiatives. - Software development.
