Plasterer/Multi-Skilled Building Preservation TechnicianRTC are a multi award-winning company and the North West's leading property care and waterproofing specialists . Our core business is damp proofing, basement waterproofing and specialist building preservation. We require an experienced Plasterer/Multi-Skilled Building Preservation Technician to join our team.
As a Plasterer/Multi-Skilled Damp Proofing & Building Preservation Technician, you will need/be:
Good knowledge and experience with general building trades i.e. joinery
CSCS card (not essential, as this can be obtained)
Driving licence
Experience in building preservation is not essential, as training will be given, but would be an advantage
As a Plasterer/Multi-Skilled Damp Proofing & Building Preservation Technician, your role will include:
Safely remove plaster
Replace flooring timbers and skirting boards etc
Install chemical damp proof courses
Basement and structural waterproofing
Application of internal waterproof dry lining systems
All industry training provided
