Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in the planning and implementation of curriculum
Provide individual and small group instruction to students
Assist in the management of the classroom
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
Assist with the preparation of materials and classroom activities
Provide support for students with special needs
Participate in professional development opportunities as required

Qualifications:

Level 2 qualification or higher
Experience working with children in a classroom setting is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Passion for education and helping students succeed

Acting as a work-finding service, M2 Education are always recruiting for Primary Teaching Assistants and Primary Teachers across the Newcastle in Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6.

We also recruit for SEN Teaching Assistants across Primary and Secondary.
