    Our client is looking to build an ambitious new business sales team with a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can assist them in growing their customer base.

    This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to begin their career in Business to Business (B2B) sales as you will be provided with comprehensive sales training to enable you to effectively do your role and progress in your career.

    Over the first 3 months, you will be enrolled in our Furza Sales Academy tailored specifically for your role. This robust training ensures you're equipped with the core skills and frameworks to effectively carry out your role. Alongside this, we provide ongoing coaching, management and support to reach your full potential.

    • £27,000 basic salary and competitive commission structure (£35k OTE)

    Main Responsibilities

    • Identify, research and qualify potential clients and key contacts through stakeholder mapping and leveraging your network
    • Develop a clear understanding of the companies value proposition and solutions
    • Proactively reach out to prospective customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to promote, educate and recommend the clients solutions
    • Understand the needs of your prospective customers and articulate the value that they provide
    • Engage with potential customers on the phone, identifying their needs and challenges through consultative questioning and active listening, to recommend the best-fit solutions
    • Set-up and support calls for the senior sales team to drive the sales process, ultimately leading to full 360 sales cycle expertise
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential prospects and customers to drive new business opportunities
