We are looking for a Surfacing Supervisor to join our team.

Reporting to a Project Manager or Construction Manager, this role specialises in resurfacing and surfacing highways with machine and hand lay works on a secured maintenance contract for KCC.

Proven experience in resurfacing and surfacing is essential.

Duties include:

Managing asphalt gangs, repairing and replacing the tarmac
Carry out Tool box talks, inductions and site briefings
Arranging permits with our Streetworks team
Ordering materials and plant to complete the works
Managing H&S on site

What you will need:

Previous experience in a similar role
Demonstrable ability to achieve our H&S and quality standards
Excellent Communication skills
NRSWA Supervisor ticket is essential
SMSTS
CSCS Gold / Black
SSSTS preferable.

Working Hours:

07:00hrs to -17:00hrs
