    Pricing and Revenue Management Specialist / Business Advisor – Manufacturing - EMEA

    As Vistex Pricing and Revenue Management Specialist (m/f/o), you will work with some of Europe's largest Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution or Food Service companies.

    You will collaborate with clients to understand their Go-To-Market pricing models, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives, current challenges, and longer-term strategies.

    You'll leverage your business experiences to make recommendations on transformation opportunities, standardization, governance, operating efficiencies and support our technology teams in providing market leading business and technology solutions.

    The ideal candidate would have a broad range of business experiences, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to incorporate business knowledge with enabling technologies to provide solutions to the clients.

    Assist our clients to create robust business cases with clear frameworks for benefit realization and sustainable value.
    Responsible to bring business context to license and service sales efforts.

    Lead business assessments to evaluate a clients' long-term strategies, business practices, pain points, and deliver value-based proposals on standardization, governance, operational efficiencies, and technology solutions.

    Influence and support the design of future business processes during implementation engagements, by leading business discussions to share expertise, provide guidance and validate the solution meets business usability requirements.

    Translate complex business processes into a usable and highly adoptable solution by leveraging knowledge of the software offerings.

    Go-To-Market (GTM) experiences in either Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution or Food Service organizations

    • Handson operations experience in areas such as contract life cycle management, pricing, tender/quote management, customer rebates, vendor rebates, chargebacks, distributor or retail programs, or revenue management
    • 1) commercial operations, (2) field sales, (3) sales operations, (4) customer support, (5) finance, (6) forecasting and planning or (7) business transformation
    • Solid understanding of either Manufacturing, Wholesale and Distribution or Food Service business process and requirements
    • Possess advanced analytical and software proficiency (e.g., Experience with Vistex or external consulting around Vistex software a plus
    • Knowledgeable of project implementation methodologies to capture business requirements, business process design with ability to influence outcomes
