    Operating in 20 countries (including 12 in Europe), TerraCycle is a world leader in the recycling of hard-to-recycle waste, such as pens, snack wrappers, food pouches, beauty product packaging, home care product packaging and even cigarette butts or marine plastics. We create collection and recycling solutions for anything that would otherwise be sent to incineration or landfill, the waste we collect is then transformed into new products such as benches or tables. For many of our solutions, we partner with some of the most recognisable brands and retailers in the world, including BIC, L'Oréal, P&G and Tesco amongst others to collect waste on a large scale.

    About The Role

    We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our European Marketing Team based in Perivale, West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, scheduling and reporting on TerraCycle's European email marketing campaigns. As an experienced marketer, the successful candidate will be focusing on developing email campaigns to drive conversions and increase waste collections, for our B2B & B2C services across Europe, gathering and analysing data, using Hubspot and GA4 and compiling reports that inform digital developments and strategies for the wider team. The candidate will also be responsible for the maintenance of our European websites, with programme launches, copy updates and testing developments alongside the IT team.

    What You'll Do

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Build and execute our email marketing campaigns in HubSpot for TerraCycle, Zero Waste Box and Zero Waste Bag
    • Maintaining the email marketing calendar on our project management tool Wrike
    • Ensure the brand is presented correctly in terms of image, presence and consistency using the brand guidelines
    • Segment large amounts of data to build email lists across each market
    • Develop email and CRM initiatives, whilst exploring new ways to maximise our customer database, as well as growing our email subscribers
    • Take a data-driven approach to continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies and feed these suggestions back to the wider marketing team, using A/B testing and other initiatives
    • Measure and report the performance of email marketing and assess against ROI and KPIs
    • Support the team in maintaining the 12 European websites, including creating programme pages, contests, carousels and surveys
    • Provide analytics and analysis for website traffic (using GA4) to improve user experience and programme performance
    • Support in website user testing and development
    • Working with the digital team to action recommendations to improve SEO across each website
    • Preparing briefs for the content and creative teams to request supporting materials for campaign launches

    What You'll Bring

    • A background in email marketing is essential, knowledge of HubSpot is preferable
    • Experience managing content management systems and websites.
    • An analytical and data-driven mindset. Experience of GA4 is desirable
    • An interest in Social media
    • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large amounts of data
    • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards
    • Open to change, new ideas and suggestions; look for opportunities for improvement and self-development
    • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar role
    • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a bonus)
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to strict deadlines
    • Interest in sustainability (desirable)
