Description

We are looking for a Legal Property Administrator to support the Property Team, managing legal enquiries from our customers, including document preparation and compliance audit in accordance with the lease.

You will be knowledgeable on regulatory bodies including ARMA-Q and industry standards and advocate compliance in this area, reviewing company process, performing internal audits and communicating updates to the wider team.

What will you do?

  • To handle all enquiries directly from our customers and their legal conveyancing teams
  • To provide all documentation for the customer as dictated by the lease within agreed service levels ensuring total accuracy and protecting company revenue and liabilities.
  • To provide administrative support for all Management Companies ensuring new companies are set up correctly, shareholder lists and company directors are compliant with industry regulation and information is accurate and up to date.
  • To ensure Annual Returns are filed for all Management Companies ensuring timescales are met and no fines occur.
  • To manage through the finance process and Accountants to ensure Management Company Dormant Accounts are submitted within timescales and no fines occur.
  • To be knowledgeable on the ARMA-Q consumer charts and standards and to continually assess new processes and procedures to ensure compliance to the regulatory boards displaying best practice approach.
  • To continuously audit the company on procedures and individual workers methods, influencing and managing others where appropriate to ensure compliance to industry standards is maintained.

What are we looking for?

  • 2 years experience working in Block Management
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • First class communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Organisation and Time Management with a close attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder Management and ability to influence

Desirable:


  • IRPM associate level (or willingness to work towards)
