    Summary of the role

    We are on the lookout for an 'ideas-first' team with a penchant for words and a passion for connecting brands with audiences in the most creative ways. Working as part of a team, and as an extension of client's internal teams, you will continually challenge the brief and convention. You will dliver work that exceeds clients' expectations, ensuring ideas and narratives are industry-leading, experiences are world-class, and the quality of the creative is best-in-class.

    Some responsibilities of the Senior Creative Team will include

    • Leading on creative projects from concept to delivery – working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation
    • Ensuring the highest quality output from concepts stage to final delivery
    • Maintain strong relationships with senior members including Creative Directors and in-agency teams
    • Elevate the creative output of the department by pushing creative boundaries and getting the best out of the wider team
    • Ensuring where possible briefs are 'idea first' and identify opportunities to lead campaigns
    • Input strategically into how creativity and copy can best be used across all deliverables and channels
