    Description

    SQL Developer Location:
    United Kingdom (Remote)

    Salary:
    £60,000We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Software Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and implementation of our software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client systems. Your expertise in SQL, project management, and client communication will be critical in driving successful implementations and client satisfaction.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management:
    Lead and manage software implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

    Client Engagement:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction

    SQL Management:
    Utilize your SQL expertise to configure, customize, and optimize our software solutions to meet client requirements

    Technical Integration:
    Oversee the integration of our software with clients' existing systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality

    Training & Support:
    Provide training to clients on the use of our software and offer ongoing technical support during the implementation phase

    Documentation:
    Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including implementation plans, progress reports, and user manuals

    Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and support staff, to ensure successful project outcomes

    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

    Requirements:

    Experience:
    Experience in SQL database management and software implementation

    Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.


    Project Management:
    Demonstrated experience in managing software implementation projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies

    Client Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels

    Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementations

    Team Leadership:
    Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

    Time Management:
    Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
