Are you enthused by using digital technologies to support learning and teaching? Are you skilled in providing customer service within a digital / IT environment?

You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and should be able to demonstrate an appreciation of the potential of learning technologies to enhance the experience of academic staff and students in a higher education setting.

For the duration of the contract, the post holder can expect a combination of working from home, and working at either the City or Headingley campuses.
