Equi-Trek are the leading manufacturers of equestrian and leisure vehicles, as well as converting cars and vans to blue light vehicles, supplying vehicles across the UK and overseas.

Our business is going from strength to strength and we are now looking for a dedicated and organised
Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This role will be instrumental in supporting our Operations team by efficiently coordinating between production, transport, and procurement processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team in all matters related to production, transport, and some elements of procurement.
  • Use the system to its fullest, ensuring we migrate current systems onto the ERP
  • Update spreadsheets and maintain accurate production meeting notes.
  • Prepare paperwork and vehicle specifications for the factory, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to fulfil various production needs and requirements, including paint, joinery and upholstery.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal departments to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and spreadsheet management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
The hours of work are 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
