Description
Axcis is currently working with an outstanding mainstream primary/secondary school in the Lichfield area. They're actively seeking experienced SEND teaching assistants to work alongside their supportive and energetic team.The role will involve supporting a small group of children with various special educational needs and disabilities.(SEND).
You will need to be adaptable, flexible and able to develop good relationships with the children you are working with.
The ideal candidate for this role must be able to support and mentor SEND children to help develop and enhance their learning, while allowing the children to also independently learn and progress.
