We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support our construction team based in Bromsgrove.
- Previous administration experience
- Exposure to the construction industry would be helpful but not essential
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using MS office and other systems
You would be responsible for:
- Providing general business administrative support
- Point of contact for intake/receipt, handling of controlled documentation
- Minute taking in senior design and implementation meetings
- Ordering plant and materials, off hiring where required
- Collating and managing site data such as waste, man hours, attendance and costs
