Manage front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.
Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable.
Proven experience in an administrative or reception role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
An estimated salary range of £13 - £15 per hour
Temporary assignment with the opportunity to go permanent
