30pmEvery other weekend - 10:00am - 4:00pm£22k basic + GREAT Commission Scheme21 days holiday + bank holidaysDay-to-day duties:Conducting property viewings with potential buyersNegotiating sales contracts and termsLiaising with sellers and buyers to facilitate transactions.

Generating leads through networking and marketing effortsProviding accurate property valuations and market analysisManaging client relationships and providing excellent customer serviceKeeping up to date with market trends and property regulationsCollaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
