Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our clients team. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project contracts, ensuring compliance, managing client relationships, and driving successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Oversee all aspects of project contracts, including negotiation, execution, and administration.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and site staff, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Financial Control: Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
• Qualifications: Relevant degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address complex issues and find practical solutions.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills, motivating and guiding project teams.
• Contract Knowledge: Familiarity with NEC contracts and other industry-standard forms.
