    The FP&A team plays a key role in providing accurate information and insight to internal and external, financial and non-financial stakeholders.

    The role is vital for the business to make key decisions in its planning processes and will report into the Senior FP&A Analyst.

    As an FP&A Analyst with Napier, you will join a growing team to assist in supporting departments across the business with financial reporting and analysis.

    A core part of the role will involve producing and maintaining KPI's and financial models to support decision-making and preparation of investment cases, supporting the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles and conducting in-depth analysis of financial performance.

    The role of FP&A Analyst is a key role in our current growth plans, and an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the FinTech / Scale up space


    The day to day:
    FP&A Analyst

    • Develop and maintain an understanding of commercial pricing principles
    • Maintain the live planning and forecasting tool as well as weekly KPI reporting
    • Preparation of monthly financial reports for investors
    • 1-2 years of experience working in a finance team (and it would be great if you also had experience within budgeting and planning)
    • A university graduate with at least a bachelor's degree
    • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA part-qualified or other study towards another professional qualification is preferred
    • Excellent Excel and financial modelling skill
