Description
Due to demand in the business, we are looking for an Executive Assistant / Receptionist to join an established business based in Skelmersdale.
Hours - Monday - Friday - 8AM - 4.30PMRole & Responsibilities
- Provide highlevel administrative support to Site Director and leadership team as appropriate.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations as directed by Site Director.
- Create, manage, and control Company KPIs and ensure that the management team and supporting organisation are delivering their goals.
- Coordinate on site meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged and materials are prepared in advance.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling, catering, and logistics.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by Site Director.
- Collaborate with HR and Site Director to facilitate communications.
- Run & manage the Google, LinkedIn, and social media traffic, including driving business opportunities to sales and marketing.
- Promote internal and external events to improve company engagement programs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage the reception area, including greeting guests, maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access, ensure visitors receive appropriate Site and Health and Safety inducting and provide ongoing coaching to visitors as required.
- Full management of the Time and Attendance system and flexitime.
- Demonstrable previous Experience in an Executive Assistant / Administration/ Receptionist based role.
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- IT Literate and able to use MS Word/ Excel/ Outlook
Job Types:

Contract length: 3 months

£25,000.00 per year
