    We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant and Materials Coordinator with a strong work ethic and a high regard for safety and performance, to join our team in Falmer.

    You will be responsible for the coordination of Plant, Transport, Small Tools and PPE - always ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and cost control.

    Capture and report data into IFS (ERP System), thus providing management information to the wider organisation.

    Additional administrative duties include the issuing of IAMS cards and ensuring users are logged within the system, logging plant calibration dates and arranging exchanges, booking MOTs, logging breakdowns, and arranging replacements etc.

    Computer literacy and great organisational skills are a pre-requisite as is a 'safety-first' mindset.
    It is advantageous if you have previous experience in a plant/equipment/vehicle planning and allocation role.
