    Working with the Head of Marketing, set a vision and direction for the whole team, engaging and motivating the team, and ensuring the business is clear on who we are, and what we deliver
    Expertly translate and understand data and insight from multiple channels and knit together to build a culture of innovative, exciting storytelling within the team, drawing on standard process for how to engage with insight
    Comfortable with leading with analytic functions and dealing with data that you can articulate, communicate and champion the right culture for the insight team, balancing expertise with responsiveness
    Good understanding of insight at senior levels successful candidate will swiftly become a trusted source of the truth about customers, for the Food Leadership Team and other senior leaders
    Expertise across Analysis and Research, to triangulate
