Business Support Executive - Travel

Business Support Executive - Role & Responsibilities:

  • Compliance duties which include data entry of monthly returns, reporting and chasing outstanding returns, identifying, and resolving issues with member accounts.
  • Administration of new memberships include system set up, insurances, & completion of required forms and documentation.
  • Regular and ad hoc reporting for members and key stakeholders.
  • General operational and administrative department support.

Business Support Executive - Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in a banking, finance, compliance, administrative or travel role would be advantageous.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritise workload with excellent accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously, to take responsibility in making decisions and problem solve.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships with members.
  • Excellent IT and office skills

Business Support Executive - Additional Information:

  • Salary
  • circa £25k
  • Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.30
  • Office based
