Saturday 9am-3.30am & Sunday 10am-3.30pm

(Some opportunity for overtime shifts)

Verus Recruitment Partners is looking for a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of Weekend Estate Agent - Receptionist/Negotiator for one of our clients in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

Do you come from a customer-focused estate agency, a new homes sales sector or have you taken a few years out of the estate agency sector and looking to come back?

The Role

As a Weekend Estate Agent - Receptionist/Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

You will also be responsible for booking viewings, maintaining regular contact with buyers and vendors, and negotiating sales.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Book viewings.
Maintain regular contact with buyers and vendors.
Negotiate sales.
Crosssell additional services.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in sales.
Excellent customer service skills.
Relationshipbuilding skills.
Previous property experience is desirable.

Benefits

Competitive hourly rate of £12.00 per hour
Parttime hours on Saturdays 9am3.30pm & Sunday 10am 3.30pm
Opportunity for overtime during the week to cover sickness & holidays.
Monthly branch sales commission.
