- Management of dedicated portfolio of spares, repairs and post design services orders, from cradle to grave. Liaising with all internal departments to successfully execute to customer expectation.

MacTaggart Scott are looking to recruit a Customer Order Coordinator.
Role:
This role reports directly into the Head of Commercial. The purpose of the role is to provide all aspects of support to the Commercial Department, both for our UK home market and internationally, specifically managing the delivery of customer orders (aftersales spares & repairs), whilst also ensuring best practice and compliance in all areas of commercial activity.
The Customer Order Co-Ordinator will manage the commercial relationship with customers for all spares and repairs orders executed by the business. They will be responsible for the review and acceptance of customer orders, and the co-ordination of their execution through the business.
