£32,000 - £35,000 p/a + company van & fuel card

Undertake responsive and routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties

A technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in a relevant trade or equivalent

• A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)
• Full, UK driving licence

40 hours per week
