- · Develop, implement, and manage health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ISO standards and industry best practices.
- · Prepare and conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- · Provide guidance and support to employees and management on safety-related matters, including training programs, hazard communication, and emergency response procedures.
- · Investigate and report on workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses
- · Maintain safety records and documentation
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and drive continuous improvement
- · Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety regulations and industry trends
- At least three years' experience in a health and safety role where you have had responsibility for some, and ideally all, of the above.
- NEBOSH qualified is essential
- Academic qualification in relevant discipline
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Be able to positively engage coach the wider teams towards a culture of safety
- Proficient in MS Office packages
