You're passionate about B2B marketing and lead generation, and always seeking out what's next in order to progress your skills and grow the business.

You're aware of a variety of toolsets, methodologies and you get a buzz from testing, learning and ultimately driving sales growth for the team you are a part of.

You're analytical, constantly reviewing the tests you have implemented and challenging yourself to drive out better results.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a B2B marketer who can play a pivotal part in taking Caroo to the next stage of our growth.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience
HubSpot or similar software experience
Lead generation experience

Responsibilities

Experience of setting up B2B lead gen strategies and activating them
Ensuring the tests and campaigns you run produce data to understand if we kill or continue
An understanding of the marketing/marketing funnel and the tactics required to activate each step
Proven track record of using a variety of marketing channels to generate B2B leads
Demonstrable results for generating MQLs and SQLs
An understanding for messaging and positioning, and how to address your audience
HubSpot experience would be ideal as this currently underpins all sales, marketing and web activity
Therefore, an understanding of devising workflows/sequences to support outreach and prospect nurture
If you can design that would be a huge plus, so you are in control of the marketing/website collateral you push out
If you have experience of paid media this would be useful
