A fantastic new opportunity working as a full-time Transactional Finance Manager role based in Oldham. This 2-month temporary role has an excellent hourly rate on offer between £ £26.00 per hour.

My client is a non-governmental organisation that assists peoples with a humanitarian focus on in local communities to implement a safe environment to live in.


Description

The key responsibilities of aTransactional Finance Manager will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Manage the effective and efficient delivery of the income processing, payment processing and the account receivables function
  • Manage, develop, and coach the Income and Payment Officers
  • Develop the plans and timetables that allow timely information delivery
  • Operate internal controls, rectify identified errors
  • Support with the delivery of a successful internal and external audit
  • Review procedure notes regularly
  • Ensure transactions are processed on a timely basis
  • Supplier and customer payments processed and paid within agreed payment terms
  • Compliance with internal governance, HM Revenue & Customs
  • Increase stakeholder satisfaction

Profile

  • Background working Not for Profit and Charities sector or Housing Associations
  • Part qualified
  • Background of managing a large transactional finance team
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud desirable
  • Able to challenge, engage and influence
  • Proven knowledge of rent accounting, housing and housing benefit regulations and legislation

Job Offer

  • 2month temporary role
  • Full time 35 hours per week
  • Potential of extension
  • Hour rate between £ £26.00
  • Based in Oldham
