The Position

Are you a spa and wellness pro? Do you pride yourself in your charming first impression, confidence, and presentation? Ready to bring your people skills, organisational aptitude, and expertise to a new role at the front of a world-leading luxury hotel spa? Then we'd love to invite you to join us as a Spa Receptionist at Rocco Forte Hotels.

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be a vital part of the team running our award-winning Balmoral Spa. Your duties include undertaking a range of administrative tasks, manning the Spa Reception, and taking bookings for treatments.

In addition, the role involves cashiering, selling products, Spa memberships, and conducting show rounds for guests in Spa amongst other duties.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the Spa facilities are well maintained and kept to a very high standard of cleanliness, assisting the Spa Manager with Health & Safety checks, and dealing with any queries from Spa guests.

Attention to detail, a focus on maintaining standards, and an excellent work ethic are all paramount.

Your success in the role will be defined by your ability to provide an incomparable guest experience and to support the wider hotel team with your outstanding levels of service, organisational savvy, and spa and wellness sector knowledge.
