- To work directly with our Operations manager over the Amey motorways contracts.
- To act as point of contact for our clients and our own operatives during shift.
- To be point of contact for our reactive services – such as flooding & emergency drainage repairs.
- To take responsibility for providing adequate resourcing dependent on workload, which can vary night to night.
- To provide on – site supervision over our cyclic, reactive & planned drainage works.
- To provide detailed reports on works carried out and works required.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Relevant experience in drain and sewer cleaning maintenance operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of Jet Vac and Water Recycle Tankers, CCTV equipment, Robotic cutting, and No-Dig Lining equipment
- Will have excellent communication skills, written, in person and over the phone.
- Will have confidence to advise and assist our operatives and deliver briefs & toolbox talks to large groups.
- Will have extensive knowledge of the drainage industry – it is important to know why we do what we do as well as how.
